3. Document Processing

When you upload an invoice:

• We extract model numbers from your uploaded PDF
• We search publicly available manufacturer websites for spec sheets and installation guides
• We compile these publicly available documents into a submittal packet
• Your uploaded invoices are processed and then deleted after job completion

Note: Spec sheets and installation manuals included in packets are publicly available documents provided by manufacturers.

• Your account data is stored securely in our database
• Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing
• Generated submittal packets are stored for your convenience and can be accessed in Job History
• We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission

• Manufacturer Websites: To download publicly available product documentation
